Customers may select products and proceed through the checkout process on the Site. Checkout will redirect the customer to WhatsApp, where the order details can be reviewed and the purchase can be completed with Martok Digitals.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided for their order, including their name, phone number, delivery address, and selected products, is accurate.

An order is considered confirmed only after the order and payment arrangements have been confirmed by Martok Digitals.

Martok Digitals reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an error in the listed price or product information, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

4. Pricing and Payment

Product prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price at the time an order is confirmed will apply to the order.

Martok Digitals does not currently process payments directly through the Site. After checkout, customers are redirected to WhatsApp to communicate with Martok Digitals and complete the order and payment process.

Payment arrangements and available payment methods will be communicated to the customer through WhatsApp. An order is not considered fully confirmed until the payment arrangements have been agreed upon and confirmed by Martok Digitals.

5. Delivery

Martok Digitals offers doorstep delivery for orders placed through the Site.

Delivery within Lagos typically takes up to 24 hours, while deliveries to locations outside Lagos take a maximum of 5 business days.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, location accessibility, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery charges may vary depending on the customer's location and order details. Applicable delivery charges will be communicated to the customer during the order process.

6. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order because the product you received is different from what you ordered, you may return the product within 3 days of purchase.

Customers should contact Martok Digitals as soon as possible after receiving an incorrect product so that the matter can be reviewed and the appropriate resolution arranged.

Returns for reasons other than receiving a product that differs from what was ordered are subject to the applicable agreement with Martok Digitals.
